Xbox will have Halo so I'll buy an Xbox. If Destiny turns out to be hugely awesome and is hugely better on Playstation then I may consider one when the its sequel comes out a year or two down the line. Also most of my online friends are going xbox so I'd have to start from scratch to find nice people to play Destiny with.
