Fallout 4?

Rumours are bouncing about since last night as the guy who voiced "three dog" in the fallout series tweeted:
“To all my #Fallout3 and #ThreeDog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming!” he said.

“Fingers crossed!"
He followed that up with:
“How was that for a tease! I was given permission to release that tease, so fingers crossed.”

Is there a fallout 4 announcement coming?

I seriously hope so, I'd love to see another Fallout before the new xbox is released.

Hopefully they make it alot better than new Vegas.

I only played New Vegas for about 10 mins till it glitched on me lol so I guess my judgement is slightly unfair

hopefully...they bring back the fallout 1 and 2 game play. Then I will consider picking this one up

Majorly excited for this. I don't think any game has ever drained more of my time from my life than Fallout 3. And I regret not a single second of it.

Also, I agree that New Vegas was not as good as F3, but still definitely worth a playthrough.

Wonder if it will atually make it to this generation of console though? Perhaps a launch title in the next gen?

A few of the rumours I've read have indicated that may be the case. Bethedsda are hiring a lot of people at the moment apparently.

Also, rumours say it might be set in Boston. To be honest I don't have that much geographical knowledge in relation to America, but what the hell is even in Boston? Washington and Las Vegas make total sense, as they both have extremely well-known landmarks. I have no idea what is in Boston.... maybe that's just me though!

It was one of the first settled cities when people from the UK went there I think. It was settled by people from Boston in Lincolnshire England. Sort of a "New Boston" A lot of the towns etc around the Massachusetts area have names of places that already existed in the UK. Manchester, Protsmouth, New Hampshire etc.

I have been to Boston, is a great place to visit, I'm not sure of landmarks, but was a major part of the American Revolution, maybe that's enough for them to use it.

It says in the article that the other games reference Boston, so I guess that's why they might go that route.

I'm quite surprised they haven't gone for a New York setting yet though, being as how many iconic buildings there are there.
