ITS COMPO TIME

HERE ARE THE ROOOOLZ

1. 360 Voice will be my source of scores and its what it shows that counts ONLY!

2. If you are not showing having logged on, during the 25th at some point then you will be excluded as I need it to pick up your real starting score. So log into Live and play it sometime on Monday or up to 6 am on Tuesday to be sure of being eligible. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!

3. You starting score will be what 360 Voice reports to me at 9AM on Tuesday Morning. I would suggest you run the risk of missing out on score if you play for points earlier than that.

4. The final scores will be taken from 360 voice at 9AM on Tuesday week.
This is a cracking time for a compo as there are so many bank holidays in the timeframe.

5. I will be collecting the data at the same time each day.
If you have played that day then you will qualify for a bonus at the end. If you play everyday of the compo you will get a further bonus. Every group will also have a factor applied so that the folks who have bigger scores at the start are not disadvantaged because they have already bagged the 5 hours to 1000 pile of titles.

6. The prizes will be awarded on a week wednesday and I will make sure that every winner gets something nice, but the big kudos will be having the badge on your forum posts!

Time permitting I will try each day and publish the tables of leaders in groups and overall. (I intend to do this everyday but sometimes my workload drowns even my best intentions)

7.Anyone caught cheating will be debagged in the street and forced to listen to Susan Boyle 24/7.

8. THIS IS JUST A BIT OF FUN SO BOOT UP YER AVATAR AND HORSE2s and ENJOY YOUR BAD SELVES.

I have closed entries now and FYI there are a massive 29 of us playing for glory. I am well impressed by your enthooooooooooosiam folks.

REMEMBER TOO

You will be in a group of your peers

Level A up to 30K
Level B up to 60K
Level C up to 100K
Level D up to 125K
Level E above 125K

Whoever scores the most in each section will win a prize

Then there will be a prize for the individual who has scored the most points overall

Then there will be the award for the Ultimate Warrior Winner

This will be based on an adjusted total
The adjustments will allow folks with higher scores who naturally will have whored the easy points to get an uplift on their totals. You will also get an uplift by playing each day. And finally there will be an uplift if you play every single day of the competition. These last 2 uplifts will mean you have to log into Live and should stop folks trying to hide their totals and then plonking a load in last day! (You can do that of course but you will miss out on your bonus uplifts)

I hope that gives everyone a chance irrespective of how much you have done already.
You have a chance against your peers and you have a chance to be the big winner.

Depending on how many prize donations I get, I may be able to offer spot prizes etc.

I'm going to my best to participate in this in between playing the beta, I don't see myself doing too well though, but it should be fun. I was going to rent avatar and that horse game but can't bring myself to do it lol. anyway, have some rep mate for all the time and effort you have put into this and will continue to put into it.

despite my complete lack off gs whoring abiltiy i am quite looking forward to uping my score a bit, hoping to hit 70,000 during this comp. 4,000 shouldnt be that hard in a week....Right?

I really can't wait for this, mainly to raise my completion rate up massively. With over 40 XBLA games lined up, I should at least knock Graham of his top spot on the 200 leaderboards! I have just realised I'm supposed to be handing coursework in on the final tuesday of this so it looks like I better get it done all this weekend!!

I'm mega excited though I'm sure halfway through I'll start to tired of all the gaming lol. Just a shame my new glasses haven't shown up, that would have helped. And the kitten has decided to claw my right thumb on the side so xboxing is a bit stingy at the moment BUT I'm going to give it a good go!

I doubt very much I'll be pulled outside by my significant other, he is more of a score whore than I am and hates the outside - can't play Xbox outside.

Well I've just sat through and worked out how many easy points I've got. It works out at just short of 3,500 which is about 20 games, you may be safe as some of those games I can't finish without online help,

I've also go about 6,000 points worth of medium difficulty game which is another 16 games. I see a lot of long sleepless nights, better stock up on coffee

Not that I'm sitting here working out point values and using sites to find difficulty of achievements as that would just be sad!

I am actually getting quite excited for this I have all my easy Cheever games lines up and have not played the box a lot really. I am currently on 51k and gonna do my best to reach 60 over he course of this comp. Let's have it

Even if I don't win, if I can put up a decent showing without having to resort to Avatar or Hannah Montana then it'll be something of a moral victory!

I'm really getting excited now got my first 2 whorige games at the ready and I'm hoping to pick up an easy chevo game or 2 cheap from the shops Tuesday or Wednesday for hammering while love film send my new games out. I'm hoping for a score of around 1700 on Tuesday to start me off.

I'm currently having a dry run of the XBLA games on my gf's tag so that I can get these done even quicker come tuesday!! This is going to be a lot of fun!!

I love the little things that people are doing just to get the edge over everyone else, this will be a really fun week, and I bet there will be quite a few good stories to come out of it as well.

Right so it's officially Monday, I've logged into XBOX live, I've even had a quick run on sonic and unlocked a precious achievement lol just so it acknowledges I've been online!

I also now have a bag with 9 games in that my friend is letting me borrow for the week in return for a BBQ we had earlier in the day lol. So got a good mix going on. List to finalise tomorrow. Pretty sure I'll get my arse whooped by you guys but feel a little bit of pride for my organization and forward planning lol. If only I could apply it to every day life haha!
