GSA 360 stylee Photo Compo JAN 11

okay folks as promised here is the first month of our GSA snappers delight


To play all you need to do is email me a picture inspired by this months 360 game muse.

It can be any interpretation of the title and I am looking for this to be a bit of fun

So any camera, any style and any ability is welcome. It can be straight from your phone or from a SLR I really dont care. You can edit them or send them as shot. Whatever you like is fine by me. Jpegs are the pref format.

What I do ask is that you just send 1 per month and that you indicate your GSA name on the email so I can let the winner know each month.

I will be collating all the entries and then whacking them on a Flickr page where we can all pick the winners from. No one will know who has sent what apart from the winning entry each month.

So email your entry to gsaphotos@btinternet.com and I will do the rest.

I will let you all have the Flickr link once I have had some entries.

so anything needy, speedy hot or after you will be fine!!!

I guess we will see car photos, fire photos and dogs and cats looking at you wanting their din dins etc, but anything that the title gives you is fine!

This will run every month if there is enough interest. I have a 24/7 job and lots of things to do as well as 360ing but I am more than happy to run this if its popular. If I just get 1 or 2 folks then its no problem but I will not bother taking it forward. So its up to you if you want this thing to work!

Entries must be in by the end of Jan.

That Chicken Tandori Hot pizza I had Saturday night gave me a hot pursuit Sunday morning
Fear not though, I wont be submitting any photo's of the after effects.

Ok I have deided on what sort of prizes will be on offer here

I am currently putting my entire DVD collection onto my server so I can stream everything to my AV system

As I am doing this I am noticing I have quite a few sets on DVD and also on Blurry. So any duplicates are going to be used for prizes.

Some really good stuff too and well worth winning.



Also if folks think this compo should be done differently then please speak up

I am trying to do something here to add to the GSA experience but if anyone has any ways they think it could be tweaked for the better then I am always happy to hear from you.

Some altenative ideas might be just to make it a picture of the month without any muse or allow more than 1 entry etc etc

I don't even own a camera, just my phone which is not great for pics.

Seems like we just don't have enough photographers here mate with your passion.

Can you recommend a good camera for me though at a max price of a ton please.

I'll whip out the camera and see if I can cause some havoc on the roads. Now where's my Darth Vader helmet gone
