Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
this seems odder and odder to me
they obviously have completely misjudged the ire at trying to sell us tables twice (or 4 times if you have bought PS3 and PS4 versions)(or 5 times for me as I bought a bunch on Steam too lol)
it looks like they are trying to fudge this in now on the hoof
And the achs?
1000 for the free table and only 10 a pop for your 3 and 4 quid purchases?
All very strange some good and some bad
Think I will hold off playing anything until the fix the cheevo issue. I have far too many glitched achs that I cant get spoiling a max on games. No point in starting summat if there is a know problem day one.
Thanks for the post mosh matey

Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
Yeah none of the 10G achieves work right now, just tried.
Also weird achieves for the 1000G so I deleted it.
Will let you guys say how easy they are, look under hard to me!

Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
Loaded this up last night
The tables look ok and you can see the extra graphical umph
But wow is the rest of it utterly dire
The interface to get the tables across and to load the tables is so bad that I cannot believe anyone at Zen has actually tested it.
Also after nearly a year having just solved the issue of of logging into the new xbox and then having to sign in again, this program makes you have to sign in again to use it
Then we have two of the most ridiculous things I have ever witnessed in gaming although I will have to say the new Bones rubbish contributes to it......
When you are loading a table and playing another and the table you are loading is done they put a huge notification pop up right across where the flippers are therefore blocking your view of the most important part of the game. And its not a quick flash either which caused me to lose a ball on what was a tasty score.
Then when you get an ach the same thing happens again and you have to go through the utterly pointless new three step notification process the bone likes to do at ach time, again right across the flipper section of the screen.
Whoever allowed this wants to be removed from the gaming world forever
The new ach notification must have been thought up by a buffoon. I mean why not put it at the top corner of a screen, especially if its now no longer the nice plink sound and quick notification it once was. Having it tell me I have one, then flash up what it is then flash up to press the xbox button everytime is just pointless. But having it take up so much screen real estate and crucial real estate at that could only have been devised by a non gamer
Everytime I switch on the Bone I think yeah this is going to be great and then after 30 mins I switch the thing off thinking its the most soulless pile of tech ever made. When you get a dev showing so little attention to detail like Zen have in combination with this soulless box then its just makes me Nintendo angry
I know its early days 'n all but I cannot remember feeling this hacked off with 'next gen' when it was the last iteration.
There is no way I should still be happier on my 360 and ps3 almost 12 months later surely.

Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
Wow someone a little annoyed but I don't blame you. I was getting a good score too and I lost that ball too cause of the achievement popped up right across the flippers. It did annoy me, so I left it and wait for another update which probably won't.

Lol.
That's a classic big E rant. Enjoyed that. It's true what you say though. The bone is not nice to use which is ridiculous really.

Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
I like the idea of the game being on the xone as well but don't wanna play through the game again if all we are getting is 10g for the bought tables.
I think I am gonna give this one a miss and play some more on the 360 versions

Re: Pinball FX2 now available on Xbox one
I just realised that because I played this game once, I now cannot get rid of it from my gamercard forever!!!
Even though I have 0G
Because they give you a free meaningless achieve to say you played it on release week or some shit.
So now I have to try and get a score on the stinking turd.
I am so shit and pinball and my hate for the achieves on it is NUCLEAR
