like finding out your partner has chicken fillets in her top or a sock down his pants, there is always a time when summat you figured might be big ended up looking rather puny

I just got my monthly xbox rewards statement

I rarely buy owt from the online store and so accumulating points has been a slow process
But after nearly 4 years in this vip programme I have finally reached 5000 credits and so apparently I get that cashed in for money on my xbox live account

Now most of you will probably know how much you get for it, but I had no idea and so I was looking forward to the surprise

Apparently its summt like £3.85

less than a quid a year for the time I have been in the program

wow

someone pass me the large sock please

The rewards program used to be much better - play 10 hours of games and earn x amount of MSP, that sort of stuff. Now it is rubbish - it seems the only way to earn points is the 20 you get for the survery each month, or by doing ridiculous stuff like renting 20 movies a week through your Xbox. Needless to say my total has not gone up in a while.

By my calculations, if you just did the 20 point surveys and nothing else each month, it would take you nearly 21 years to earn your 5000 credits/£3.85. Thanks Microsoft, you're so generous!  Suspect
