HALO REACH COMPETITION!! winners announced

Ok in the spirit of GSA I am going to offer all of our members the chance to win some fine tat whilst we await Reach


All you have to do is guess what is my Reach.

So I will stand up and put my arms out as far as they will stretch and i will measure the distance from the tip of my left hand to the tip of my right.

I have no idea how far it is myself yet but as a clue I am quite a hulk of a guy.

I want your answer in millimeters please as I would hate the EU to get me banned for using imperial measurements.

I've always been rubbish with measurements, think thats why alot of women become disappointed...

But I'm gonna go for 1820mm

im rubbish with measurements il go for 1904mm sounds about right to me
and have some rep not that im trying to bribe you to you know fix the comp

Isn't it a known fact that the span of your outstretched arms is exactly equal to your height?
I'm presuming by "tip of left hand to tip of right hand" you mean what could be considered as your "wing span"?

So, how tall are you mate?

Only messing of course, I'll have a guess at 6'2" which translates to 1879.6mm

I never knew that matey but we will see when I do the Reach.

BTW anyone can alter their guesses right up till the day of release and I will be rounding up or down to nearest mm

I knew there was a definite relationship between the two measurements but it seems the actual ratio is not 1:1 but 1:1.07, which is still pretty much 1:1 in my book.

but i would say, its 1845mm

and i would say, that the top of your fingers are 620 mm away from the ground,
is that right??

Ok I have done my measuring and so I can exclusively reveal that my Reach is 1904mm

Thats what I got by stretching with a tape measure

I guess there must be a degree of error in there for clothing and other bits but 1904 is measurement used.

So in 3rd place we have kinmad4it at 1879


And in second place we have Mumbo Jumbo UK at 1910


And the Winner is Ba5Set at 1900
