Microsoft adding Windows 7 and 8.1 support for the wireless adapter

Microsoft today announced that they have added support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems for the Wireless Adapter which allows users to use the Xbox One controller wirelessly rather than having a USB cable plugged in.

The wireless adapter costs £19.99
