Xbox One May Update Brings Cross-Xbox Voice Messages and More

It's been a much-requested, er, request from Xboxers. Now Microsoft and finally rolling out the ability to send voice messages. That's not only limited to current-gen consoles - audio messages can also be sent from the One to Xbox 360 players.
And that's not all the May update will bring. Other changes include:
- Power the console on and off via the Xbox Smartglass app
- User-selectable power mode (For those who didn't already have it)
- Dedicated servers for party chat
The promised party chat servers, though, will be rolling out gradually, with Microsoft expanding it to a wider audience step by step, giving them time to fine-tune them.
